Build your own class! Our on demand classes allow you to pair sweaty Soul Barre inspired flows with body part-focused Pilates mat classes, or if you prefer you can split your practice up throughout the day. This means that you are in charge of your practice in line with your own personal needs and goals.

- A combination of equipment free and optional equipment (booty bands, light hand weights 0.5 – 1kg, ankle/wrist weights, sliding disks, resistance bands).
